cylinder The skeleton consists of steel profiles, the shell is covered with wood panels and a dimm metall face. Both cylinder-halfs are constructed angular and are subjected to tension in the foundation, to prevent the building to tip over. Zylinder Das Gerippe besteht aus Stahlprofilen, die Hülle aus Holzplatten die mit einer matten Metallverkleidung beplankt sind. Die Hälften werden in sich steif ausgebildet und im Fundament auf Zug verankert, damit das Gebäude nicht umfällt. |

glazed slit The glazed slit consists of a fixed glassing, except for the entrance door. The glasspanes in the lower level are made of sandrayed glass. glazed roof The glazed roof consists of 4 parts. The skylight can be opened. Because of its orientation to the north, the building can do without a sunscreen. ladder The ladder is constructed out of steel. It represents the kernel of the house. It is subjected to tension in the foundation and hold by the roof construction. The living levels and furniture modules hang on the ladder construction. Leitertreppe Die Leitertreppe ist aus Stahl konstruiert und stellt den Kern des Hauses dar. Im Fundament wird sie auf Zug verankert und von der Dachkonstruktion gehalten. An ihr sind alle Ebenen und Möbel aufgehängt. |
