The sun, the moon, the stars and the tides are directly connected. My building provides possibilities to experience this through the integration of devices such as sundial, calendar, observatory… The building promotes as research laboratory an understanding of these connections; it provides a minimalistic place of work, rest, repose and every day living for ist sole inhabitant. The house is sustainably run. By integration with the particularities of the place (geometric, geographic), it becomes an object that is deeply connected with the place, while at the same time flexible and transient, like the place itself.

Sonne, Mond, Sterne und die Gezeiten hängen unmittelbar zusammen. In meinem Gebäude wird dieser Zusammenhang durch Integration entsprechender Instrumente (Sonnenuhr, Kalender, Observatorium...) erlebbar. Das Gebäude als Forschungslabor fördert das Erforschen und Verstehen dieser Zusammenhänge. Der Bewohner findet einen Ort zum Arbeiten, Ruhen, Erholen und Wohnen auf kleinstem Raum vor. Das Haus ist umweltverträglich zu betreiben. Durch die Einbindung der geographischen Besonderheiten des Ortes ist es ein Objekt, das mit diesem Ort tief verbunden ist und trotzdem flexibel und vergänglich wie der Ort selbst.
